Kick-off meeting in france
On 11-12.12.2024 in the city of Bidart, France, a kick-off meeting of participants of the project Striving for gender balance via education reformation 3A factors for Advancement, and Mentorship in STEM (in Polish Dążenie do równowagi płci poprzez reformę edukacji; czynniki 3A w karierze i mentoringu w dyscyplinach STEM)) financed by the French Erasmus+ Agency took place. Project acronym ST3AT. Project duration: 01.10.2024-31.09.2027.

ST3AM aims to diminish gender disparities in STEM higher education, empower women and girls through gender-sensitive modules and inspiration, cultivate a gender-sensitive culture, promote educational and career opportunities, and foster a cultural shift by connecting schools, HE and industry, in accordance with the European Commission's vision. The project strives to create a sustainable impact, cultivating diversity and influencing European-level policies for lasting change.
The project coordinator at the Lodz University of Technology is prof. dr hab. inż. Volodymyr MOSOROV from the Institute of Applied Computer Science.
The contractors are: mgr. Beata Radziłowska-Matusiak, mgr. Edyta Zientalak-Orłowska.
