On November 14 and 15, the Institute hosted delegates from the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics in China, specialists in process tomography and thermochemical energy storage.
The Institute of Applied Informatics was honored to host Prof. Haigang Wang, Prof. Zhiwei Ge and M.Sc. Zhiyang Ma between November 14 and 15, 2024. On the first day, our honored guests got acquainted with the Institute's research activities and toured the TUL campus. On the second day, they shared their knowledge on process tomography for pharmaceutical applications in fluidized beds and advanced research on the challenges of thermochemical energy storage. This was followed by a roundtable to discuss future collaborations related to these research areas. The visit took place within the framework of the Exchange Scheme project “Investigation of key parameters distribution in advanced functional materials manufacturing by process tomography (PT) and magnetic imaging technology (MPI),” funded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
